Motorola Droid 4 will arrive with Super Amoled display, five-row full Qwerty keyboard with backlighting and full 1080p HD video recording capability.
Motorola Droid 4 codenamed Maserati is expected to launch on December 8 in the USA. Droid Life has managed a screen shot that shows the Droid 4 XT984 along with the availability of the Galaxy Nexus handset. It will succeed the previous Motorola Droid 3 smartphone.
The handset will have 4 inch Super Amoled display and a slide-out five-row illuminating Qwerty keyboard. That will make the keyboard visible even in darkness and low luminance areas.
The price of this handset was not available.
The Droid 4 will come with Razr styling and will support 4G LTE networks for fast data network connectivity. This smartphone will come with a Texas Instruments OMAP4 processor and will be capable of recording 1080p HD video using its rear-camera which might be 8 megapixel. Motorola will add the microHDMI out port and also MotoACTV syncing. This handset will run Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread version.
Unfortunately, this handset might remain to be a CDMA model locked down to the US-based Verizon carrier. Several Motorola fans across the globe hold this heat against the company for making handsets CDMA-only instead of world models.
